TLDR; PROJECT SUMMARY AI BETA
This project simulates how tiny protein clumps called condensates change when different peptides (small proteins) are added. They look at how these changes affect the clump's size and shape, especially when RNA is also included. Different concentrations of peptides and RNA are tested to see how it impacts the clumps.
