TLDR; PROJECT SUMMARY AI BETA
This project looks at how different small proteins (peptides) affect the clumping together of molecules inside cells, a process called liquid-liquid phase separation. Researchers simulated how peptides like ADMA, ARG, and LYS change the clumping when added to a mix of existing cellular molecules, both alone and with RNA. They also studied how changing the concentration of these peptides affects the clumping.
