TLDR; PROJECT SUMMARY AI BETA
This project studies how Class B G-protein coupled receptors (important for things like blood sugar and bone health) change shape. Understanding these changes can help scientists design better drugs to treat conditions like diabetes and osteoporosis.

Class B G-Protein Coupled Receptors: Class B G-Protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) are membrane proteins involved in the pathogenesis of diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, etc.
Here, we are trying to study the conformational dynamics of the Glucagon Receptor, Glucagon-like Peptide 1 receptor, PArathyroid Hormone Receptor, Pituitary Adenlyate Cyclase Receptor and Secretin Receptor - All Class B GPCRs.
These studies will help in designing better drugs that target these receptors.

A receptor that activates adenylate cyclase.
The Pituitary Adenylate Cyclase Receptor is a protein found on the surface of cells. It binds to hormones like gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and stimulates the production of cyclic AMP, which plays a role in various cellular processes.
Secretin Receptor
A receptor that binds to the hormone secretin.
The Secretin Receptor is a protein found on the surface of cells. It binds to the hormone secretin, which stimulates the pancreas to release bicarbonate, helping regulate digestion.
