TLDR; PROJECT SUMMARY AI BETA
This project relates to studying special proteins in the brain called Class C Receptors. Class C Receptors Class C Receptors consist of human proteins that are involved in the control of neuronal signaling in the brain.
Overactivation/Inactivation of these receptors has been linked to Parkinsons, Anxiety, Depression, Pain Relief.
This receptor also shows significant importance when it comes to treating opioid addiction.
Through simulations we aim to understand the activation mechanisms of these proteins, giving us a way to probe into the pathogenesis of the disease, and design more effective anti-opioid drugs.

Class C Receptors
