CPU PPD ESTIMATES BY LOGICAL PROCESSORS USED BETA

The following data for the Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz is estmated based on the average PPD per each logical CPU processor mulitplied by various counts of those logical processors.
